It really is a great, dynamic pose. It's a sketch, and unperfected, but imperfection is human. Maybe you're getting rid of some of that imperfection when you finish your other pieces? Also, a lot of how dynamic this piece is (for me) is in her eyes and expression.

I think it suits her. I love the way you've done her hair. Nice job on her anatomy too; it's more realistic than the anime/manga style but it's still very clear who the character is at a first glance.
